Companion Bill HB0217. Tort Liability and Reform - Increases the minimum amount for bodily injury and death under the governmental tort liability act and adds an escalator clause for such amounts to be adjusted annually and posted by the comptroller of the treasury on the state's Web site. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 20, Part 4.
