Companion Bill SB1799. Liability, Tort - Extends the "Tennessee White Water Rafting Responsibility Act" until July 1, 2010, from its present sunset of July 1, 2008; requires the department of commerce and insurance to examine issues regarding the affordability of insurance in the area of white water rafting. - Amends TCA Title 70, Chapter 7, Part 2 and Chapter 169 of the Public Acts of 2005.
