Fiscal Summary for HB2082 / *SB0343Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for HB2082 / *SB0343 Under present law, 10 or more employers of the same trade or professional association may enter into an agreement to pool their liabilities for the purpose of qualifying as self-insurers, in regard to accident and sickness insurance. This bill rewrites this provision so that two or more employers of the same trade or professional organization with at least 500 covered lives may enter into an agreement to pool their liabilities.
