Companion Bill SB0321. Insurance, Health, Accident - Increases the limiting age for continued coverage of children who are unmarried, unemployed, or attending a post-secondary educational institution and dependent on the insured for support and maintenance from 24 to 28. - Amends TCA Title 56. Fiscal Summary for HB0377 / *SB0321Potential Impact on Health Insurance Premiums (required by Tenn. Code Ann. ยง 3-2-111): Such legislation would result in an increase in the cost of health insurance premiums exceeding $100,000 for plans that do not currently cover such children.
