Companion Bill SB2171. Insurance Companies, Agents, Brokers, Policies - Removes provision whereby certain statutes relating to rates and rate filings that were in existence in 1996 will be revived effective July 1, 2007. - Amends Public Chapter 944 of the Acts of 1996, Public Chapter 192 for the Acts of 2001 and TCA Section 56-5-307.
