Companion Bill SB1496. Housing - Allows municipalities, associations, nonprofit corporations, and certain individuals to bring a civil action to enforce building, safety, sanitation, and related codes and ordinances related to housing; allows any building that is found to be in violation of such ordinances three or more times within 12 months to be declared a public nuisance. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 6 and Title 29, Chapter 3.
