Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - Requires the infections taskforce created in 2005 to continue to meet at least semiannually and report to the general assembly annually beginning in 2008. - Amends TCA Title 68. Fiscal Summary for *HB0222 / SB0268Increase State Expenditures - $45,900 Recurring $4,300 One-Time Bill Summary for *HB0222 / SB0268 This bill requires each health care facility that is licensed by the department of health to report to the department on a quarterly basis any instance of an infection that involves staphylococci bacteria detected at the facility.
