Fiscal Summary for *HB0063 / SB0251Increase State Expenditures - $218,600 Other Fiscal Impact - Increase Federal Expenditures - $383,500 Bill Summary for *HB0063 / SB0251 This bill revises the present law provisions governing wheeled mobility devices, which are wheelchairs or wheelchairs and seated positioning systems prescribed by a physician and required for use by the patient for a period of six months or more. Present law requires all home care organizations providing prescribed wheeled mobility devices in this state to have on staff a credentialed wheeled mobility person.
