Fiscal Summary for SB1281 / *HB0453Increase State Expenditures - Exceeds $36,000 Other Fiscal Impact - Increase Federal Expenditures - Exceeds $64,000 Potential Impact on Health Insurance Premiums (required by Tenn. Code Ann. ยง 3-2-111): Such legislation will have a significant impact on the cost of health insurance premiums if health insurers are not allowed to modify authorized procedures if claims are filed improperly or if a change in the insureds medical condition no longer justifies the service. Such is estimated to exceed $100,000.
