Companion Bill SB1414. Health Care - Prohibits health care facilities and health care providers from charging an uninsured patient more for services rendered to the patient than the participating fee amount the facility or provider would receive from Medicare if the same services were provided to a Medicare recipient. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Section 68-11-262.
