Handgun Permits - Increases the handgun permit from $115 to $130 and requires that $15.00 of the fee be sent to the sheriff of the county in which the applicant resides for purposes of reimbursing the sheriff for costs associated with performing eligibility checks. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
