Decrease State Expenditures - $60,000 Other Fiscal Impact - The vast majority of the legislative budget consists of fixed costs that will not be reduced as a result of this limitation. Thus, these costs cannot be allocated to individual bills for purposes of determining an impact on actual expenditures. Moreover, the resources allocated to each bill vary widely depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the complexity of the bill and the amount of time devoted to it by members and staff.
