Companion Bill SB0325. Game and Fish Laws - Requires land managed by TWRA to be open to access and use for recreational hunting, and that agency land management actions relative to such land not result in any net loss of available acreage for hunting opportunities. - Amends TCA Title 70, Chapter 5. Fiscal Summary for HB2210 / *SB0325 Increase State Expenditures: $2,500/One-Time/Wildlife Resources Fund Exceeds $200,000/Recurring/Wildlife Resources Fund Bill Summary for HB2210 / *SB0325 This bill requires that land managed by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) be open to access and use for hunting, subject to existing rights and except as limited for reasons of public safety.
