Companion Bill SB1939. Firefighters - Requires Tennessee Firemen's Association and Tennessee Fire Chiefs' Association to raise at least $35,000 for the design, construction, and maintenance of memorial to fallen firefighters on the grounds of the Tennessee Fire Service and Codes Enforcement Academy; appropriates an additional $250,000 for the design, construction, and maintenance of such memorial. - Amends Chapter 269 of the Public Acts of 2005.
