Companion Bill SB1597. Firearms and Ammunition - Prohibits the state, political subdivisions, and public officials from prohibiting or imposing additional restrictions on the lawful possession, transfer, sale, transport, carrying, storage, display, or use of firearms and ammunition during a state of emergency, major disaster, or natural disaster. - Amends TCA Section 58-2-107.
