Ethics - Authorizes ethics commission to terminate the tenure or employment of nonelected officials and employees in the executive branch upon a finding that such person has committed an act constituting misuse of office for personal financial gain. - Amends TCA Section 3-6-107 and Title 3, Chapter 6, Part 2.
