Environment and Conservation, Department of - Increases maximum amounts that may be charged for certain fees by promulgating authorities attached to department and makes numerous changes relative to environmental regulatory programs. - Amends amend TCA Title 60, Chapter 1; Title 68, Chapters 203, 212 and 215, Title 69, Chapters 3, 10 and 11. Fiscal Summary for *HB2310 / SB2257 Other Fiscal Impact - The bill authorizes the department to increase the cap on certain fees. However, there will be no actual increase in revenue until such fees are actually raised. The ability of the department to raise the fees will be dependent upon the ratio of appropriations by the state to the fee revenue derived by the department in accordance with T.C.A. §68-203-104(d).
