Companion Bill HB2305. Unemployment Compensation - Requires good cause for holding unemployment benefits hearing or appeal via telephone; changes eligibility rules in certain cases where wages are provided in lieu of notice or as backpay; and makes other changes relative to unemployment compensation. - Amends TCA Sections 4-5-106(e), 50-7-303(a)(5), 50-7-303(b)(2), 50-7-303(c)(1), 50-7-303(e), 50-7-304(b)(1)(C) and 50-7-304(f).
