Fiscal Summary for *HB2265 / SB2214Increase State Revenues - $488,000 / Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund Bill Summary for *HB2265 / SB2214 Under present law, unemployment compensation provisions, variations from the standard rate of premiums for employers, are determined, beginning July 1, 2006, by the reserve ratio of each employer in accordance with premium rate table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6a or 6b as set forth in present law. This bill makes these tables applicable beginning July 1, 2007, instead of July 1, 2006.
