Companion Bill SB2318. Immigrants - Provides for enforcement of the statute prohibiting the hiring of illegal immigrants in this state by local law enforcement agencies as well as by the department of labor and workforce development. - Amends TCA Section 50-1-103. In addition to the criminal penalty, the license of any person violating this provision will be revoked and such person will be barred from doing business in this state.
