Bill Summary for HB1323 / *SB0712
Present law requires employers to furnish to the department of human services a report that contains the name, address, hire date and social security number of each newly hired employee for purposes of child support enforcement. This bill specifies that this requirement for information about employees includes information about subcontractors and independent contractors of the employer.
