Companion Bill SB0912. Election Laws - Specifies that when a runoff election is scheduled to be held after a general election in any county having a metropolitan form of government, the appropriate county election commission must set the runoff election not less than 30 days nor more than 45 days after the regular election. - Amends TCA Title 2.
