Fiscal Summary for SB2080 / *HB1961 MINIMAL Bill Summary for SB2080 / *HB1961 This bill exempts from the open records law records and information that concern gifts to public institutions of higher education and that include any personally identifiable information about the donor or members of the donor's family. This bill requires public institutions of higher education to create an annual report of gifts received, including the amount of the gift and a general description of its use, but not including any personally-identifiable information about the donor or members of the donor's family.
