Fiscal Summary for *HB0950 / SB1302Increase State Expenditures - $1,600 Each One Day Meeting Bill Summary for *HB0950 / SB1302 This bill creates a special joint study committee to consider, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding proprietary schools. The committee will be comprised of three senators and three representatives, all appointed by their respective speaker. The committee must report its findings to the general assembly by January 10, 2008. The committee will continue to exist until such time as the speakers determine.
