Fiscal Summary for *HB0199 / SB1361Other Fiscal Impact - Increases the expenditure of lottery proceeds earmarked for scholarships and grants by $56,000,000 in FY07-08 and by $61,600,000 in FY08-09. Bill Summary for *HB0199 / SB1361 This bill creates a new HOPE advanced degree scholarship.
