Companion Bill SB1529. Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - Requires school personnel to report reasonable suspicion of drug offenses committed by students to principal; permits school personnel to report drug offenses committed on school property to appropriate authorities, if the principal is unavailable. - Amends TCA Section 49-6-4209.
