Companion Bill SB1755. Education - Clarifies that the adjustment made to state education funding for the shifting of students between LEAs as a result of changes in LEA boundaries applies to changes in boundaries resulting from annexation. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 3, Part 3.
