Companion Bill SB0796. DUI/DWI Offenses - Restores the mandatory 48-hour imprisonment for all persons convicted of first offense DUI and removes the mandatory 24-hour litter removal punishment; provides for administrative revocation of person's driver license for specified period upon department of safety's determination that person was driving under influence of intoxicant or refused alcohol test; makes various other revisions to driving under the influence law. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 33, Part 2; Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4 and Title 55, Chapter 50.
