Companion Bill SB0944. DUI/DWI Offenses - Requires that all persons convicted of a second DUI offense, all persons who had a blood alcohol content of .15 at the time of a DUI offense, and all persons who refuse to consent to blood alcohol testing have ignition interlocks on their motor vehicles during the time their license is restricted, suspended, or revoked and for one year after such time. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 33 and Title 55, Chapter 10.
