Companion Bill HB0458. Probation and Parole - Authorizes court to order that person sentenced to supervised probation undergo an alcohol and drug assessment, treatment, or both; assesses $100 alcohol and drug addiction treatment fee on each drug-related conviction for conduct after July 1, 2007; funding allowed only through the alcohol and drug treatment fund. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4 and Title 40, Chapter 35, Part 3.
