Fiscal Summary for HB1407 / *SB1908Increase State Revenues - Net Impact - $371,000 Beginning in FY 08-09 Other Fiscal Impact - The State will forfeit the potential collection of reinstatements fees in amounts exceeding $6,000,000 beginning in FY 08-09. Bill Summary for HB1407 / *SB1908 Under present law, a driver whose license is suspended for failure to timely pay a traffic citation must pay a $65.00 restoration fee for each offense committed, the citation for which was not timely paid. The driver is only required to pay one $65.00 restoration fee for multiple offenses arising from a single traffic incident. [...]
