Companion Bill SB1663. Driver Licenses - Provides that, for purposes of determining whether a conviction for driving a motor vehicle with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license is a second or subsequent conviction and, therefore, subject to enhanced penalty, a conviction that occurred more than 10 years prior to the immediate violation will not be considered; this provision is subject to federal rules and regulations relative to the issuance, suspension, and revocation of driver licenses and qualification of drivers. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50, Part 5.
