Companion Bill SB2224. Driver Licenses - Increases amount of unrestricted driving experience for school bus driver endorsement from five to 10 years; specifies that eye tests are not required for reinstatement under certain circumstances; authorizes any person whose reinstatement fee exceeds $200 to make payment plan; specifies that completion of driver education course offered for Class D vehicles by certain private schools deemed to meet department of safety's examination requirements to same extent as if course was taken at public school. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 39; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 65.
