Companion Bill SB0441. Marriage - Reduces amount allocated to Tennessee Disability Coalition from marriage license fee from $20.50 per license to $6.84 per license; allocates $6.83 each per license to TNCO ACTs and the Arc of Tennessee. - Amends TCA Section 36-6-413. Fiscal Summary for HB0457 / *SB0441Other Fiscal Impact - The Tennessee Disability Coalition would incur a decrease in revenues estimated at $866,590. The Arc of Tennessee and TNCO ACTs would each incur an increase in revenues of $433,295. Bill Summary for HB0457 / *SB0441 Present law imposes a $62.50 fee on the issuance of a marriage license.
