Dentists - Requires dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants to register and pay registration fees within 90, instead of 60, days after the registration becomes due; provides that the proportional fee for a license issued under an alternative interval method will be rounded to the nearest 50 cents, instead of 25 cents. - Amends TCA Title 63.
