Dentists - Revises continuing education requirements for dentists and dental hygienists to reduce the minimum number of annual hours required from 15 to 12, to reduce the minimum number of biannual hours required from 30 to 24, and to change from January 1, 2003, to January 3, 2003, the date by which the continuing education requirements were to become biannual instead of annual; subjects registered dental hygienists to continuing education requirements. - Amends TCA Title 63, Chapter 5.
