Companion Bill SB1267. Criminal Procedure - Requires offenders age 19 and under at the time of a certain sexual offense to be placed on community supervision for two years after release from prison, provided that the offender had no prior felony convictions, the offender did not violate any terms of the community supervision, or the sexual offense was not rape of a child. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 38 and Title 39.
