Criminal Procedure - Provides that person charged with criminally negligent homicide or reckless homicide is not eligible for pretrial diversion by defining the offenses as Class C felonies. - Amends TCA Title 40. Also under present law, a defendant does not qualify for pretrial diversion if the offense for which the prosecution is being suspended is a Class A or Class B felony or a Class C felony.
