Traffic Safety - Adds to offense of reckless driving the act of driving motorcycle while front tire is off the ground in willful and wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property on any public street, highway, alley, parking lot, or driveway, or on any premises generally frequented by the public at large; violation is a Class B misdemeanor; offense not applicable to persons 18 years of age or older riding in a parade, at a speed not to exceed 30 m.p.h. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10 and Title 55, Chapter 8.
