Companion Bill SB2235. Sentencing - Sets the minimum period of incarceration for rape of a child at 25 years instead of 15 years; specifies that provisions for person on community supervision applying for release after 15 years would not apply to persons convicted of rape of a child; authorizes board of probation and parole to require as a condition of supervision that person convicted of rape of a child be enrolled in a satellite-based monitoring program. - Amends TCA Section 39-13-522.
