Companion Bill SB2074. Lottery, Corporation - Allows person with license violation for unlawfully selling or providing a product or substance to a minor to become a lottery retailer if any sentence has been completed and the license has been restored. - Amends TCA Section 4-51-115. Fiscal Summary for *HB1496 / SB2074Other Fiscal Impact - For each additional retailer authorized to sell lottery tickets as a result of this legislation, net lottery proceeds are expected to increase by approximately $58,500 per year.
