Companion Bill SB1054. Criminal Offenses - Requires that if a person who is charged with leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death or injury is also charged with vehicular assault, vehicular homicide, or aggravated vehicular homicide, as a result of the same course of conduct, any sentence imposed for leaving the scene of the accident must be served consecutive to any sentence imposed for the applicable assault or homicide offense. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 1.
