Companion Bill SB0193. Criminal Offenses - Prohibits the transportation of illegal aliens into the state for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, imposes a fine of $1,000 for such violation, and requires that money received from such fines go to the arresting agency or agencies. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17. Fiscal Summary for HB0600 / *SB0193 MINIMAL Bill Summary for HB0600 / *SB0193 This bill makes it a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by a fine only of up to $1,000, for any person to transport anyone into the state who the person knows or should have known has illegally entered or remained in the United States.
