Companion Bill SB1073. Pensions and Retirement Benefits - Revises retirement provisions for general sessions and juvenile court judges, from Group 1 to Group 4 level; creates revenue neutral funding mechanism for state and counties. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 16, Chapter 15.
