Courts, Municipal - Expands the jurisdiction of certain municipal courts to include alleged violations of certain mirror ordinances based on certain state criminal offenses. - Amends TCA Section 16-18-302. Fiscal Summary for HB0889 / *SB0839 Other Fiscal Impact - There will be a shift in local government revenues and expenditures associated with this bill. Approximately $52,000 in revenue would be shifted from the county to municipalities within Sevier County. There will also be a shift in expenditures from the county to such municipalities. Such shift is estimated to be not significant.
