Companion Bill HB1684. Courts - Increases the number of members composing the advisory committee established under the Drug Court Treatment Act of 2003 from five to seven; requires that two members be judges who have presided over a drug court for at least two years and that two members be drug coordinators who have functioned as drug coordinators in actively implementing drug courts for at least two years. - Amends TCA Title 16.
