Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for HB1509 / *SB0804 Under present law, anyone aggrieved by a final order or judgment of the historic zoning commission or regional historic zoning commission may have the order or judgment reviewed by the courts by the procedure of statutory certiorari. This bill revises this above provision to authorize the legislative bodies of municipalities and counties to create a different process of appeal for such cases.
