Correction, Dept. of - Requires the department of correction to establish a plan in which state inmates are charged a co-pay amount for medical services provided by the state. - Amends TCA Title 41, Chapter 1. This bill requires the department of correction to establish and implement a plan to charge state-housed inmates a co-pay for any medical care, treatment, pharmacy services, or substance abuse treatment that is provided to the inmate by a licensed provider.
