This bill requires the individual treatment plans for clients at non-residential methadone clinics to include any available narcotic replacements other than methadone. There would be no restrictions on the number of clients treated with narcotic replacements other than methadone. This bill also requires health care providers at non-residential methadone clinics to notify their clients of available alternatives to methadone.
