Companion Bill SB0842. Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - Requires non-residential methadone clinics to notify clients that treatment options other than methadone are available, removes limit on using treatment options other than methadone. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 2. Fiscal Summary for HB0986 / *SB0842Increase State Expenditures - Not Significant Bill Summary for HB0986 / *SB0842 This bill requires the individual treatment plans for clients at non-residential methadone clinics to include any available narcotic replacements other than methadone. There would be no restrictions on the number of clients treated with narcotic replacements other than methadone.
