Companion Bill HB1853. Controlled Substances - Adds Soma (Carisoprodol) and Ultram (Tramadol) to Schedule IV controlled substances; requires person to show identification and sign a log at time of purchase of any controlled substance. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 4 and Title 63, Chapter 10.
